Auction Fees and deposit apply, upon the fall of the gavel. The highest bidder will pay a deposit of 5% (minimum £5,000) of the hammer price and auction fees of 2% + VAT (minimum of £5,500 + VAT) and contracts are exchanged. The purchaser is legally bound to buy and the vendor is legally bound to sell the Property/Lot.
