Guided at a healthy £500,000, the farm attracted many local residents as well as regional and national buyers to its viewing days. Comprising of circa 30 acres of land with both commercial and residential buildings, the farm went under the hammer with buyers bidding in the room and live, online via Connect Realtime®. A competitive atmosphere soon began a bidding war and organically pushed the bidding level to a mighty £765,000 which was the winning and closing bid.
